Job Description

A strategic commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing procurement operations, and managing multi-channel sales across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments within the oil and gas sector.
Core Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for equipment, materials, and services
  • Negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics
  • Implement procurement strategies aligned with supply chain efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Develop long-term supplier partnerships


Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue across all three channels (B2B, B2C, B2G)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and government agencies
  • Identify new market opportunities and business expansion avenues
  • Manage sales pipelines and meet/exceed KPIs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts


B2B Segment

  • Serve oil majors, contractors, and industrial enterprises
  • Provide bulk orders and customized solutions
  • Establish framework agreements
  • Focus on long-term partnerships


B2C Segment

  • Serve independent operators and smaller enterprises
  • Manage direct sales channels
  • Handle customer service and after-sales support
  • Build brand loyalty


B2G Segment

  • Navigate government procurement processes and regulations
  • Manage tenders and bids
  • Ensure compliance with government specifications
  • Maintain relationships with state-owned enterprises
