Product Designer

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about UX, has a strong visual design sense, and enjoys solving complex problems through design.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on UI and UX for our web and mobile products
• Own design projects end-to-end, from research to final delivery
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Validate design assumptions through user testing
• Design clean, scalable, and consistent interfaces aligned with our design system and brand
• Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to deliver high-quality outputs
• Analyze current user behavior and propose improvements
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research when needed
• Stay current with modern design trends, tools, and methodologies
• Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for user needs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital product design
• Experience designing complex dashboards or enterprise panels
• Ability to simplify and optimize complex user flows
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and interaction design
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based thinking
• Understanding of the technical constraints of modern web/mobile apps
• Strong English reading comprehension and ability to research and learn from English resources
• A portfolio showcasing real projects, with clear case studies explaining the problem, your role, process, and outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools or design metrics
• Ability to run or assist in usability testing sessions
