At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Python and Django
 

• Solid experience working with Django in production environments
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (designing queries, optimizing performance)
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized development workflows
• Knowledge of Python design patterns and the ability to apply them to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and best practices
• Exposure to caching mechanisms or message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery), or a strong willingness to deepen expertise in these areas
• Familiarity with Nginx for application deployment, reverse proxying, and basic performance tuning
