FM Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded "Procurement Specialist" to join our telecom maintenance team.

The ideal candidate is skilled in cost analysis, Excel modeling, supplier negotiation, and contracting, and can accurately analyze and control maintenance project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and compare maintenance service and material costs
• Evaluate contractor proposals and support procurement decisions
• Perform cost modeling and data analysis in Excel
• Prepare analytical cost reports and performance summaries
• Negotiate and sign contracts with contractors
• Identify new capable contractors and expand the supplier network
• Collaborate with technical and financial teams to ensure alignment
• Familiarity with telecom site consumables and materials to accurately assess needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or telecom site maintenance
• Fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Complete familiarity with economic concepts, budget management, exchange rates, and reviews
• Familiarity with BOQ, Cost Analysis, and Maintenance KPIs
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
