Overview:
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for following up on reported issues, coordinating technician dispatch, receiving and recording maintenance cost invoices in the ticketing system, archiving and documenting expenses, preparing reports, and supporting the HSE unit by following up on safety-related problems.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on reported issues and coordinate technician dispatch
- Receive cost invoices and register them in the ticketing system
- Follow up on payment processes
- Archive documents and prepare cost reports
- Follow up on resolving issues reported by the HSE unit
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic initial troubleshooting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to work with ticketing system
- Familiarity with basic safety and HSE principles
- Strong time management and task-prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments and suppliers
- Fast learner with the ability to follow instructions
