

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between MelliGold’s marketing team and external partners (creative, media, PR, and production agencies).
Request and evaluate proposals from agencies, negotiate timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, content, and performance teams) to ensure seamless execution.
Track project performance, report on milestones, and identify areas for improvement.
Support the development of marketing assets and ensure consistent brand communication across channels.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, or agency management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills — precise, structured, and detail-oriented.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of marketing processes and creative production workflows.
Familiar with content production processes (video, photo, copywriting, etc.).
Existing network with advertising agencies, media partners, and content creators is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in fintech, consumer tech, or digital platforms.
Connections with production teams (video, photography, post-production, studios, etc.).
