Job Description


We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Admin to support daily HR operations, manage employee documentation, and assist with payroll and insurance processes.

Responsibilities : 

  • Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly insurance lists (Social Security submissions).
  • Collect, review, and finalize monthly attendance and timesheets (closing employee working hours).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, forms, and letters.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support payroll processes with accurate and updated employee information.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • +2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with insurance and attendance processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
