We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Admin to support daily HR operations, manage employee documentation, and assist with payroll and insurance processes.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records.
- Prepare and submit monthly insurance lists (Social Security submissions).
- Collect, review, and finalize monthly attendance and timesheets (closing employee working hours).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, forms, and letters.
- Handle HR administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support payroll processes with accurate and updated employee information.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- +2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Familiarity with insurance and attendance processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
