Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to merchants, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high satisfaction.
- Guide merchants through troubleshooting processes and offer clear solutions to technical problems.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain strong communication with merchants to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
- Document all cases, feedback, and resolutions accurately to support process improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in merchant or customer support.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
