Power Material Planning and Solution Engineer (Vendor)

Mission
·       To support the efficient planning, scaling, and distribution of power-related materials for network operations and projects.

·       To ensure the timely availability of power materials to meet operational and deployment requirements.

·       To contribute to the optimization of material usage and logistics processes for the network infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities
 

·       To support the manager in the development and execution of power material planning strategies for network operations and expansions.

·       To monitor inventory levels and support the supply chain management of power materials to prevent shortages or overstocking.

·       To analyze power material consumption patterns and prepare reports for forecasting and planning.

·       To collaborate with deployment and design teams to identify power material requirements and ensure alignment with project needs.

·       To coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track deliveries and ensure the timely receipt of materials.

·       To support and ensure the resolution of material supply issues and work to mitigate potential delays; while providing the manager with effective solutions on major power issues that impact the network.

·       To maintain accurate records of power material inventory, transactions, and logistics activities.

·       To contribute to the continuous improvement of material planning and logistics processes.

·       To evaluate and implement tools and systems for power material management.

·       To ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to power material handling and procurement.

·       To identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in power material usage and logistics.

·       To provide technical support in planning and managing power material requirements for specific projects or operational needs.

·       To participate in sustainability initiatives by promoting efficient and responsible power material management practices.

·       To provide new instruction and solutions to all local technicians through projects and operations. 

·       To cooperate with RAN, Transmission, and Access team and provide onsite power requirement.

·       To attend factory, product, and product line visits during power system purchase with other stakeholders and report the results to manager.

·       To provide the most effective solutions to cover multiple requirements of network teams. 

·       To update the network power system database. 

·       To develop new tools and technologies like AI to anticipate network power usage and address requirements on time.

Job Requirements
 

Education
·       B.Sc. in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or related
 

Experience
·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others

·       Experience working in a medium organization

·       Familiar with low-capacity outdoor power system design in telecom field.
