Logistics Area Supervisor - Esfahan

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Logistics Area Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for services and indirect materials to support our organization’s operations. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics processes, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive cost savings while maintaining quality and service levels.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 3-7 distribution centers or Agents in the country

• Periodic site visits

• Analyzing and monitoring Cross Border logistics performance

• Managing new projects and new channels release and work on new supply strategies

• Liaising with various departments and regional offices for coordination

• Planning and executing process optimization for the team

• Conducting pricing and cost analysis

• Use data to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements

• Selection, recruitment, and onboarding of the Distribution Agents

• Training and empowerment teammate

• Supervision, guidance, and control of the procedures

• Preparation reports regarding the distribution flow

• Monitors and tracks the progress of deliveries

• Guidance and control of manpower

• Problem-solving regarding the company's policies and guidelines

• Reviews agent performances and provides feedback and suggestions

• Ensures client satisfaction through efficient departmental activities

• Feasibility study (including preparing presentation and implementation of operation proposal) 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering/supply chain/logistics/MBA or related fields

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Outstanding analytic and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills
