Lian Technic is a fast-growing technical trading and solutions company serving industrial and commercial clients across the UAE and wider Middle East. We provide reliable power and energy solutions, including industrial batteries, UPS systems, solar inverters, and related accessories. We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to expand our footprint in this space.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of customers for batteries, inverters, UPS, and power-backup solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Provide product consultation to clients based on application needs (industrial, commercial, solar, telecom, etc.).
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal technical/procurement teams to ensure accurate offers and timely delivery.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
Track competitors, pricing trends, and market requirements to support strategy.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in batteries, inverters, UPS, solar power systems, or related electrical/electronic products.
Solid understanding of battery technologies (AGM, GEL, Lithium, industrial lead-acid, etc.) and inverter/UPS fundamentals.
Ability to read technical datasheets and translate them into customer-friendly solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good command of English 

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience with industrial clients, EPC contractors, or energy/telecom/solar sectors.
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
