Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Main responsibilities:
Support Brand Plan Execution:
Assist in implementing the annual brand and communication plan.
Coordinate day-to-day activities with agencies and internal teams.
Contribute to the development of packaging updates, artwork, and local adaptations.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including tasks such as processing invoices.

Campaign & Activation Support:
Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns, product sampling, and in-store activations.
Work closely with trade marketing and commercial teams to ensure flawless implementation.
Assist in adapting global toolkits and communication assets for the local market.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, sales, supply chain, quality, legal, finance, and customer service.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and regularly updated on project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Fresh graduated or limited experience in Marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated agility, resilience, and a strong spirit of collaboration.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Project management abilities.
Fluency in both English and Farsi.
Analytical skills.
Organized, flexible, and capable of multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize.
