5. Overseeing corporate income tax matters for the foreign company, including registration, assessment, and drafting the annual tax return.
6. Coordinating annual audit requirements by preparing relevant financial documents such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements for external auditors.
7. Monitoring and preparing checklists related to legal and tax obligations, including the renewal of company licenses.
8. Preparing monthly management reports and cash flow statements in English for executive review.
