WordPress Admin (E-com) & Social Media Content Creator

We are a Canadian furniture supplier seeking a detail-oriented, committed E-commerce Website Admin & Content Producer to manage our online store and social media presence. This role includes maintaining our e-commerce website (WordPress), coordinating with the design team on graphics and images, producing engaging content, and planning a consistent content calendar across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining the e-commerce website (WordPress), including product listings, stock management, pricing, and sales follow-ups.
• Uploading and updating products with accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Collaborating with the design team to create relevant images, graphics, and visual content for the website and social media.
• Writing marketing copy for products, promotions, and website pages.
• Writing and scheduling social media captions aligned with brand strategy.
• Planning and maintaining a content calendar for both website and social media platforms.
• Ensuring daily website support, troubleshooting, and timely updates.
• Performing basic SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and using tools such as Ahrefs.
• Using text-generation and content creation tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintaining clear correspondence with internal teams to ensure content and visuals meet brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge of WordPress CMS, particularly e-commerce functionality (product management, inventory, sales tracking).
• Fundamental understanding of SEO and keyword strategy.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing) for content creation and tool usage.
• Ability to coordinate with designers for graphics and visual content.
• Experience in content planning and post scheduling across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with text-generation tools and AI-assisted content creation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
