Job Description

Monitor system performance dashboards and analyze Grafana graphs to identify anomalies or performance issues.
Investigate, track, and follow up on alerts generated by monitoring systems.
Analyze application and system logs to detect root causes, recurring patterns, and potential incidents.
Create and optimize alerting rules to ensure accurate and actionable notifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Maintain clear documentation of incidents, actions taken, and follow-ups.

Required Skill:

Familiarity with Linux operating system
Basic knowledge of Network+ concept
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus Stack
Problem-solving skills and ability to provide reports
Interest in learning and developing skills

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with DevOps concepts
Basic scripting knowledge 
PROMQL
Previous experience in working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure network uptime and reliability
