Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and final selection.
- Collaborate closely with department managers to create precise job profiles and hiring needs.

2. Training and Development:
- Design and execute training and professional development programs for employees.
- Identify training needs and prepare tailored educational programs to meet organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to employees.

3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to improve employee efficiency.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and monitor employee progress.
- Provide consultation and guidance to employees for professional performance improvement.

4. Benefits and Compensation Management:
- Design and manage compensation and reward systems.
- Review and compare benefits and compensations with market standards and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and fair payment to employees.

5. Employee Relations and Welfare:
- Promote a positive organizational culture and create a motivating and supportive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and issues with professional and effective methods.
- Plan and execute welfare and cultural activities to enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proficiency in labor laws and social security regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete familiarity with the process management system (BPMS)
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
