Senior DevOps

Job Position Description
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, automating, securing, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure of an enterprise-level and high-availability cryptocurrency exchange. This position requires deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Security, CI/CD, Linux operating systems, and familiarity with blockchain concepts and transaction signing services.
Responsibilities

Design, implementation, and management of high-availability (HA) infrastructure for trading services, wallets, KYC, API, and trading core.
Design and development of CI/CD Pipelines for Backend, Frontend, Microservices, and Blockchain nodes.
Management and automation of service deployments with: Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm.
Server management on Linux (preferably Oracle Linux / Ubuntu LTS / Debian).
Management of Load Balancer and Reverse Proxy (Nginx, HAProxy, Traefik).
Implementation of Security Baseline for Zero-Trust Environment at the levels of:
Firewall, WAF (FortiWeb / Nginx App Protect)
SSH Hardening
Secrets Management with HashiCorp Vault
Logging & Audit (auditd, rsyslog, ELK)
Maintenance, monitoring, and scalability of services:
Prometheus, Grafana
Loki / ELK
Alertmanager
Management of blockchain nodes and Web3 infrastructure including:
Ethereum / BSC / Tron / TON nodes / BTC / SOL
Working with wallets and Signing Services (Vault plugins, MPC Wallets)
Design of strategic Backup/Restore for databases and blockchains.
Analysis of Performance issues and system Bottlenecks.
Documentation and creation of Runbook / Playbook for NOC team and operations.

Required and Essential Technical Skills

Complete mastery of Docker and container management.
Professional experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in Production.
Mastery of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD).
Complete mastery of Linux Admin.
Mastery of networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall, NAT, DNS).
Mastery of Nginx / HAProxy for reverse proxy & LB.
Deep familiarity with infrastructure databases:
PostgreSQL
Redis
MongoDB
Implementation of Monitoring/Logging Stack (ELK, Loki, Prometheus).
Complete familiarity with HashiCorp Vault and blockchain plugins
(Ethereum/BSC/TON/Tron plugins, MCP Wallet Services).
Familiarity with IaC tools:
Terraform / Ansible.
Experience in creating Secure, Hardened, PCI-grade environments.

Additional Skills (considered advantages)

Experience working in Crypto Exchange, PSP, Gateway, FinTech.
Ability to manage full blockchain nodes and RPCs
(Geth, Erigon, BSC Node, Tron FullNode, TON Node).
Experience with:
FreeIPA / Keycloak
FortiGate / FortiWeb WAF
S3 Object Storage (MinIO / SeaweedFS).
Familiarity with Microservices architecture and Event-Driven.
Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD / FluxCD).
Familiarity with Security scanning tools (Trivy, SonarQube).
Experience with Message Queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
Experience with CDNs (Cloudflare, Bunny, Arvan).
