Business Data Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented Junior Business Data Analyst to join our Branch team. In this role, you will help transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure data is used effectively to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business data from various internal and external sources.

·       Build, update, and maintain live dashboards in Metabase using SQL queries and Google Sheets.

·       Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and business planning.

·       Support the development of business cases, forecasting, and performance evaluation models.

·       Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to highlight opportunities for improvement.

·       Document business requirements and collaborate with Branch teams to enhance processes and KPIs.

·       Perform ad-hoc analyses to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

·       Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).

·       Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction, analysis, and dashboard creation.

·       Familiarity with data analytics concepts, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies.

·       Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
