Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Procurement Admin to support daily procurement operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining smooth and accurate processes. This role involves contract follow-ups, PO processing, system coordination, and effective communication with suppliers and the internal team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on contracts (printing, signatures, uploading, archiving).
  • Create, issue, and track Purchase Orders; coordinate approvals with MM and Finance.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely updates and task alignment.
  • Solve common system issues by coordinating with Finance, Warehouse, Call-off, and IT teams.
  • Prepare routine reports with high accuracy and update system data regularly.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support general administrative tasks related to procurement.
