Key Responsibilities:

·        Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.

·        Develop and maintain queries in NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).

·        Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytical reports in Metabase.

·        Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

·        Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various sources.

·        Support ad hoc data analysis requests and contribute to the development of data models.

·        (Optional) Use Python for data transformation or advanced analytics when needed.

Required Qualifications:

·        Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Analyst, or a similar role.

·        Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write complex and efficient queries.

·        Practical experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

·        Proficiency in Metabase, including building dashboards, writing queries, and managing permissions.

·        Strong understanding of relational and non-relational data modeling.

·        Ability to work with large datasets in a production environment.

·        Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
