Senior Motion Designer 
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer with deep expertise in motion graphics and animation. The ideal candidate will lead the motion team, elevate the brand’s visual identity, and streamline the end-to-end production pipeline. This role suits someone creative, structured, and detail-oriented who can manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.

Responsibilities:
Design and produce motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns.
Create engaging visual content for digital ads and social platforms.
Maintain visual and brand consistency across all motion assets.
Stay aligned with industry trends to continuously enhance video quality and engagement.
Leverage AI-powered tools (where relevant) to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.

Requirements:
Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
Strong capabilities in 2D animation, motion design, and visual effects.
Experience using AI tools in creative workflows is a plus.
Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
