Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Vertical Manager to join our commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain finance (SCF) lifecycle within a specific vertical, such as (FMCG), Digital, or other key sectors.

As a leader in the SCF space, our company provides innovative financial solutions that optimize working capital and enhance supply chain efficiency for businesses across various industries.

What responsibilities does this role include?
Commercial Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for your designated vertical. This includes identifying market opportunities, defining target segments, and driving revenue growth.
Business Development: Actively engage in business development activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients. This involves forging relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within your vertical's supply chain ecosystem.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and our SCF solutions are tailored to their unique supply chain dynamics.
Supply Chain Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the full supply chain to identify and address customer pain points, positioning our SCF products as a strategic solution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, legal, and risk teams to customize solutions, onboard new clients, and ensure a seamless service delivery.
If you have these qualities, you will enjoy success in this job:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the supply chain of FMCG, Digital, Apparel, or a related industry.
Proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts within a B2B context.
Strong understanding of the complete supply chain (procurement, logistics, inventory management, distribution, and finance). Experience with SCF or trade finance is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide a team (if applicable).
