Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable and efficient data models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and insights.
Monitor and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting layers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data visualization best practices.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in ETL development (preferably with SSIS or similar tools).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft Report Builder. (preferred)
Experience with Python for data manipulation or analysis. (preferred)
Knowledge of Power BI Service administration and workspace management. (preferred)
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts. (preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. (preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to management.
