Manage a variety of Bids activities with variable complexity of tasks and projects through to completion such as:
Prepare and complete tender submissions;
Format, proof-read and submit documents, forms and templates using Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF templates;
Provide support in the coordination of bid response related material (EOI, RFP, RFQ etc);
Assist in writing individual project profiles to be used across the company website, tender submissions, and company profiles;
Track submission deadlines, and review and compile information provided; and
Follow up clients on submissions, ensure feedback from clients is recorded.
Liaise and assist with External and Internal stakeholders regarding tender questions or clarification required;
Learn and implement any new or improved methods or procedure; and
Be responsible for assuring the quality of your own work and perform cross checks on piers work.
Requirements:
Strong English skills - verbal and written;
Experience working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, responding quickly and effectively to changing priorities to meet submission timelines;
Experience using Microsoft office, Canva and other associated programs;
Keep an eye for detail and methodical approach to work;
Ability to identify inaccuracies.
Preferred experience:
Experience in writing and drafting bids and tenders;
Experience in Managing Clients and building relationships with them
Digital or graphic design experience, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or Canva.
