The Business Development Team Lead in the Growth team is responsible for identifying, designing, and driving new initiatives, which requires close collaboration with the Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
- Driving annual OKR strategic projects.
- Producing deep, data-driven analyses to support project-level decision-making and performance improvement.
- Structuring complex problems, designing financial and operational models, and proposing actionable solutions.
- Managing cross-functional project execution and ensuring proper progress.
- Monitoring project KPIs, identifying issues, and updating solutions accordingly.
- Using a data-driven approach to increase conversion rates, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and coordination across multiple teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and operational tasks.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with Product, Operations, Supply, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, and preferably Python).
- Familiarity with marketplace economics and logistics/delivery models.
- Ability to design and monitor KPIs related to growth and operational performance.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and retention concepts.
- Familiarity with BI tools (such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or internal tools).
