Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the development of our products from conception through launch and beyond. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, market awareness, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing product life cycles and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.

Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business value.
Ensure timely and successful product launches.
Good knowledge in technical aspect of software development 
Good knowledge in CI/CD and SDLC 

Customer Focus:

Act as the customer advocate, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and delivers exceptional user experiences.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Engage with customers to gather insights and build strong relationships.
Write down the right PRD and implement the right way according to the approved BP. 

Performance Monitoring:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against these metrics.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
Regularly report on product progress and performance to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:

Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Present product updates, strategies, and roadmaps to senior management and other stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency with product management tools and software.
