We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will handle payroll processes, employee benefits, and tax-related tasks. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare insurance and tax reports for employees
- Handle HR financial tasks such as calculating severance pay, bonuses, and leave settlements
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll or HR finance is preferred
- Basic understanding of employee insurance, tax, and benefits
- Attention to detail and accuracy
