• Customize workflows, fields, and issue types
• Provide support and resolve Jira-related user issues

Your qualifications for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Hands-on experience in managing and customizing Jira
• Proficiency in scripting and process automation
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
