The Senior Acquisition Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other performance channels to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires deep analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of eCommerce funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Manage full-funnel tracking using GA, GTM, Looker Studio, and ad platform tools.
- Analyze campaign data daily and implement strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Negotiate with third-party partners, platforms, and publishers to secure opportunities and better rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities.
- Forecast performance, manage budgets, and deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and new platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid performance channels.
- Strong command of Google Marketing tools (GA, GTM, Looker Studio).
- Proven eCommerce experience and understanding of conversion funnels.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
