The Sales Accounting Supervisor (B2B) oversees the sales accounting team, ensuring accurate recording of sales transactions, timely revenue recognition, and compliance with internal and external requirements. This role is key to bridging finance with commercial operations and is to supervise the sales accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely recording of revenues, monitoring receivables, and supporting decision-making by providing clear financial insights related to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Accounting Operations:
• Supervise and review daily sales transactions and revenue recognition.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
• Oversee reconciliation of sales accounts with supporting documentation.
• Monitor customer accounts and aging reports.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with the sales team for collections.
• Ensure proper accounting for discounts, returns, and credit notes.
• Prepare and review sales-related financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support external and internal audits by providing required sales accounting documentation.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales accounting processes.
  Recommend and implement improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales accounting team.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance team capabilities. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in sales accounting, receivables management, or revenue accounting is preferred.
• Experience with accounting systems and MS Excel (advanced).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with taxation related to sales transactions.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills (with finance and sales teams).
