We are looking for a skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineer with hands-on experience in telecom radio equipment to join our Repair Center. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing functional tests, analyzing faults, monitoring repair processes, and ensuring the final quality of repaired Telecom modules.

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform functional tests on BTS modules
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for faulty modules
• Prepare and execute QC checklists and acceptance procedures
• Collaborate with the repair team to resolve recurring issues
• Perform RF testing using professional lab equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Power Meter, etc.)
• Document test results and prepare quality reports
• Contribute to process improvements in QC and module acceptance workflows

Requirements

• Strong understanding of BTS architecture and radio modules (experience with Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or ZTE is a plus)
• Proficiency with RF and electronic measurement tools.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and troubleshoot circuits
• Experience in repair, QC, or R&D in telecom equipment is highly advantageous
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Teamwork ability and sense of responsibility
