Overview
The R&C Supervisor supports the R&C Manager in organizing and monitoring all compliance, risk, and security-related projects across the company’s operations. This role ensures the daily execution of routine audits, risk detection, and incident follow-up processes in coordination with various business lines (Smart, Hyper, Market, Market Pro), warehouses, and support teams.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and spot audits across stores, warehouses, and delivery operations, using both CCTV and field visits.
• Identify and document operational and behavioral risks (e.g., inventory handling issues, rider misconduct, environmental risks).
• Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions in coordination with business line teams, HSE, and operations managers.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of infractions, risk records, and compliance status reports.
• Support in organizing and tracking R&C initiatives such as uniform enforcement, behavioral code checks, and safety routines.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly risk dashboards and summaries for management.
• Organize and follow up on training sessions for supervisors and frontline workers related to safety, discipline, and compliance.
• Participate in incident analysis and ensure proper root cause documentation and corrective action tracking.

 
Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, compliance, or safety supervision.
• Strong coordination and project tracking abilities.
• Working knowledge of HSE basics and behavioral risk identification.
• Familiar with surveillance systems, checklist-based audits, and documentation workflows.
• Comfortable working across multiple operational departments and business lines.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with internal audit procedures, disciplinary processes, and warehouse safety protocols.
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills for checklists and reporting.
