

Role Overview
We are looking for a fast, sharp Senior Graphic Designer who lives in the digital world: social media campaigns, always-on content, landing pages and performance creatives. You will not manage a team; you will be an expert individual contributor working closely with the Art Director to translate briefs into high-quality visual output at speed.
If you need long conceptual phases and can’t handle daily digital production pressure, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets for digital channels:
Instagram posts & stories, reels cover
Digital campaigns (static & animated banners, KV adaptations)
Website / landing page visuals, email headers and basic UI-support graphics
Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into clear, consistent visual solutions.
Work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, motion designers and social media team to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Create and maintain visual systems / reusable components (templates, layouts, icon sets, etc.) for faster production.
Use AI-powered tools (e.g. AI-assisted image generation, generative fill, upscaling, background removal) to speed up production without compromising quality.
Prepare clean, organized source files ready for motion, dev, print or hand-off.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data (A/B test results, CTR, engagement).
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in digital-first environments (agencies, start-ups, e-commerce, platforms).
Strong portfolio focused on digital work (social media, campaigns, landing pages).
Expert-level skills in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Solid understanding of:
Visual hierarchy, layout and grid systems
Typography (especially for Farsi/English digital content)
Color, contrast and legibility on screens
Proven ability to produce multiple variations fast, while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your workflow (image generation, cleanup, enhancement, batch operations).
Comfortable working under real deadlines and with multiple projects in parallel.
Clear communication, ability to defend design decisions with logic (not taste only).
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of Figma for collaboration with product / UI teams.
Experience designing for performance marketing (banners, ads with strong hooks and CTAs).
Experience in adapting visual systems across multiple brands simultaneously.
