We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to join Digipay’s product team. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful fintech and e-commerce solutions. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, driving discovery, and executing product plans that align with Digipay’s business goals and customer needs.

Resposibilities: 

• Ensure all product initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Actively manage internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and maintain transparency.
• Build value-driven, outcome-oriented roadmaps and release plans based on product, marketing, and business milestones.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics to assess product performance.
• Use insights to continuously improve product quality, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs using data, customer insights, and business impact.
• Ensure the highest-value features are delivered first while maintaining a balanced roadmap.
• Lead product discovery activities with Product Designers to validate ideas and ensure problem–solution fit.
• Define customer journeys and experience flows, ensuring consistency across Digipay’s ecosystem.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development, deployment, and release processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate discussions, brainstorming sessions, and decision-making processes across the team.
• Evaluate potential solutions based on customer value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
• Present product concepts, solutions, and business cases to management for approval.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Experience working in Fintech, Card, Switch, and payment solutions.
• Background in Computer Science or prior programming experience (a strong plus).
• Proactive, patient, and eager to learn new technologies or business domains.
