
We are seeking an experienced National Retail Sales Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our CASIO Positron retail branches across the country. The ideal candidate combines strong retail leadership with a refined understanding of product presentation, customer experience, and modern fashion trends relevant to our industry.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage sales operations across all branches.
-Ensure consistent visual merchandising and store layout execution.
-Monitor and improve retail performance KPIs.
-Oversee quality control standards across locations.
-Guide teams in delivering a premium customer experience.
-Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for branch managers.
-Ensure brand identity and product presentation align with market trends.
-Conduct regular visits to stores nationwide.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales management (multi-branch experience preferred).
-Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and store layout principles.
-Familiarity with fashion, style, and consumer trends in the accessories/watch industry.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to travel frequently nationwide.
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
