Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows client systems, basic Linux systems, and office software.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues including PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, CCTV, AccessPoints and other peripherals.
• Provide network support for LAN/WAN connectivity, DHCP/DNS issues, and wireless networks.
• Perform basic server-side tasks such as Active Directory account management and network Monitoring (NOC) in tier one.
• Support virtualization platforms at a basic level (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Troubleshoot VoIP and IP Phone setups.
• Perform basic passive network tasks such as identifying cabling issues.
• Monitor and resolve help desk tickets efficiently according to SLAs.
• Document solutions, steps taken, and troubleshooting guides.
• Responding to daily tickets.

 

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Network+ concepts.
• Familiar with CCNA-level topics.
• Knowledge of MCSA/MCITP concepts.
• Basic Linux administration (LPIC‑1 level preferred).
• Familiar with virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of VoIP fundamentals.
• Good understanding of wireless networks and access point configurations.
• Familiar with hardware components and server equipment.
