Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows client systems, basic Linux systems, and office software.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues including PCs, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, CCTV, AccessPoints and other peripherals.
- Provide network support for LAN/WAN connectivity, DHCP/DNS issues, and wireless networks.
- Perform basic server-side tasks such as Active Directory account management and network Monitoring (NOC) in tier one.
- Support virtualization platforms at a basic level (VMware/Hyper‑V).
- Troubleshoot VoIP and IP Phone setups.
- Perform basic passive network tasks such as identifying cabling issues.
- Monitor and resolve help desk tickets efficiently according to SLAs.
- Document solutions, steps taken, and troubleshooting guides.
- Responding to daily tickets.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Network+ concepts.
- Familiar with CCNA-level topics.
- Knowledge of MCSA/MCITP concepts.
- Basic Linux administration (LPIC‑1 level preferred).
- Familiar with virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of VoIP fundamentals.
- Good understanding of wireless networks and access point configurations.
- Familiar with hardware components and server equipment.
