Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain services and network infrastructure.
- Continuously track system performance and service availability.
- Analyze service logs and database records.
- Identify and diagnose system errors.
- Identify and diagnose network issues and disruptions.
- Prepare regular reports on service status and transaction performance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Strong familiarity with network and service operations.
- Basic knowledge of Linux (LPIC-1 level).
- Introduction to Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with database concepts.
- Familiarity with log analysis methods.
- Understanding of ITIL standards.
- Knowledge of web service performance fundamentals, standards, and architectures.
- Familiarity with API Gateway concepts.
- Understanding of API types and structures.
- Familiarity with the Incident Management process.
- Familiarity with the Change Management process.
- Experience using ticketing systems.
