Resource Planning Specialist

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistics company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are seeking a talented and experienced Resource Planning Specialist to work in our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Capacity planning and monitoring
• Resource planning and ensuring the availability of resources for on-time delivery
• Driving process improvements and automation for demand planning tools to reduce manual data aggregation and increase visibility into the forecast analysis
• Manage the execution of logistics plans and ensure compliance with targets
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics and prepare management reports 
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Operational process optimization

Required skills and qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI data model.
• Automation tools familiarity
• Prediction skills
• Python Familiarity
• Familiarity with statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with operational environments and their challenges
• Proven organizational skills, including time management, communication (written and verbal), and teamwork
• Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail

Preferred skills and qualifications

• BS or MS degree in industrial engineering or related fields 
• Two or more years of experience in similar roles
