About Role

As a Merchant Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a fast, accurate, and smooth onboarding experience for our merchants. Your mission is to ensure successful service activation, resolve technical and operational issues, and guide merchants to use SnappPay tools effectively. By providing reliable support and a positive experience, you will directly contribute to improving merchant satisfaction and loyalty across the SnappPay ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities

  •  Respond to merchant requests and inquiries through phone, online channels, or onsite visits.
  • Handle and resolve technical and operational issues related to payment tools and services.
  • Train and guide merchants to ensure proper, efficient, and confident use of SnappPay services.
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets and activation cases until full resolution.
  • Provide structured feedback on recurring issues to Product, Operations, and Support teams for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with merchants.
  •  Solid problem-solving capability with the ability to quickly analyze technical or operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with payment processes, merchant support workflows, and basic troubleshooting.
  • High level of patience, accuracy, responsibility, and ownership in completing tasks.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
