We’re growing our digital marketing team and looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist to scale our performance campaigns and maximize ROI.
What you will do:
- Design, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- A/B test ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve results over time.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to meet performance targets.
What we are looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
- Strong command of Google Ads and its key features (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, etc.).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus).
- Experience in optimizing landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing and reporting on monthly ad budgets.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of campaign performance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
