We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Supply & Planning Supervisor to lead centralized forecasting, replenishment, and inventory control across all business lines.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in H&B, FMCG, or e-commerce environments, and can connect commercial strategy with operational execution through data-driven planning and supplier coordination.

 
Key Responsibilities :

1. Demand & Supply Planning
Develop and maintain weekly rolling demand forecasts for all SKUs across online, offline, and pharmacy channels.
Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional impact to ensure accurate planning.
Align supply plans with commercial strategy, growth targets, and channel requirements.
Maintain structured forecasting models (Excel-based), ensuring clarity, transparency, and accuracy.
2. Centralised Order Management
Lead the end-to-end purchase ordering cycle: request consolidation, verification, approval flow, and PO issuance.
Ensure all purchase orders are aligned with forecast, inventory position, and strategic purchasing policies.
Manage supplier MOQs, lead times, and order consolidation to improve efficiency and reduce redundant purchasing.
Track PO status, delivery schedules, and resolve supply disruptions proactively.

3. Inventory Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor stock levels across warehouse and pharmacy channels to ensure healthy coverage and prevent OOS.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation with Operations to validate inbound/outbound accuracy.
• Propose replenishment priorities based on SKU performance, sell-through, and category dynamics.
• Support reduction of excess and slow-moving inventory through structured reviews and actionable insights.

4. Supplier Collaboration

• Work closely with suppliers to establish consistent communication on forecasts, capacity, delivery timelines, and purchasing conditions.
• Support the development of long-term sourcing relationships for improved reliability, pricing, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance & Business teams on negotiation inputs and vendor performance tracking.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with:

- Commercial: to align promotional plans, category strategies, and SKU priorities
- Operations: for warehouse accuracy, inbound scheduling, and replenishment workflows
- Finance & Business: to ensure financial alignment, payment cycles, and controlled cash flow
- Digital/Technology: for system support, data integration, and automation improvements

• Lead weekly planning sessions ensuring all departments are aligned on demand, inventory, and supply status.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or procurement within H&B, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas, Forecasting tools).
• Experience working with WMS/ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with a structured and organized work approach.
