Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a B2B Outbound Marketing Manager who can manage and execute a small team across all outbound channels, including:

• Cold email marketing
• Cold social media outreach
• LinkedIn outbound marketing
• All cold B2B lead-generation methods

Your core mission is to build a predictable pipeline, generate qualified leads, and book meetings consistently.

 
 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and social platforms
• Build accurate B2B lead lists based on ICP and industry targeting
• Write and optimize cold email sequences with high open and reply rates
• Oversee team members executing outreach tasks
• Manage domain warm-up, inbox health, and deliverability
• Run daily LinkedIn outreach using templates and personalized angles
• Track KPIs: open rate, reply rate, positive replies, booked calls
• Research companies and find verified decision-maker emails
• Maintain CRM tracking for all leads and outreach status
• Run weekly experiments to improve response rates and ROI
• Ensure consistent weekly output of qualified leads and booked meetings

 
 Required Skills
• Strong experience in cold outreach (email + LinkedIn + social)
• Ability to write sharp and effective outbound copy
• Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, SmartLead, Clay, Sales Navigator
• Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, and deliverability
• Ability to manage tasks and lead a small outbound team
• Strong research and lead-finding skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
• English reading and writing ability for research
• Consistent execution with minimal supervision
