Data Support Representative

1) Manage and oversee the access permissions process, ensuring proper allocation and access permissions for all team members.
2) Manage and track support tickets within the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
3) Collaborate with other departments to resolve Power BI-related issues and challenges.
4) Monitor daily Power BI dashboard and dataflow refreshes, troubleshoot any failures, and implement necessary fixes to ensure seamless performance.
5) Designed and implemented support dashboards to improve performance tracking and reporting efficiency
6) Prepare, redesign, and maintain document templates to improve workflow efficiency.
7) Ensure daily updates to documentation, keeping all information current and accurate

1) Excellent organizational and time management skills
2) High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4) Professional in English
5) Basic understanding of Power BI
