

Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, probation review, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring accurate payroll, leave management, and legal compliance.
Support employee development through training programs, capability building, and succession planning.
Provide strategic HR advice on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
Handle employee relations, address concerns professionally, and promote a positive work culture.
Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare HR reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of Iranian Labour Law; familiarity with UAE HR practices a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in the transportation industry, particularly rail transport, will be considered an advantage.
