Our ideal candidate is able to build and maintain AI-driven systems, automation workflows, and intelligent agents to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, train, and deploy AI agents for workflow automation and client-facing tasks.
• Create AI-based workflows, automation pipelines, and scalable model infrastructures.
• Integrate AI tools, APIs, CRMs/ERPs, and third-party systems into unified automated solutions.
• Fine-tune and customize AI/LLM models for firm-specific processes.
• Build internal AI utilities such as chatbots, document processors, and automated decision systems.
• Monitor, retrain, and optimize AI models for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Document system architecture and maintain technical clarity across projects.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills
• Strong experience with ML, deep learning, and LLM-based systems.
• Python proficiency and familiarity with AI frameworks.
• Experience with agent frameworks and automation tools.
• Ability to design scalable AI systems and integrate APIs.
• Understanding of cloud services, vector databases, and data pipelines.
 
 
Experience in Immigration and legal services industry is a bonus.
