Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take full ownership of sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping—especially for senior and hard-to-fill roles across the company, with a strong focus on our Tech and Product departments.

This role also includes direct involvement in our Tech & Product Internship Program, contributing to the design of our bootcamp and supporting the company’s strategy for developing top-talent interns.


Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive sourcing and headhunting for senior and specialized roles (especially in Engineering, Product, Data, and Design)
  • Build target lists, talent maps, and outreach strategies for niche or senior-level positions
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, communities, GitHub, events, and direct outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand priorities and talent gaps
  • Maintain strong pipelines and ensure continuous visibility into candidate markets
  • Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
  • Support early-career talent pipelines, including involvement in internship or bootcamp programs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing & headhunting
  • Solid experience hiring senior-level or hard-to-fill roles
  • Deep understanding of Tech & Product talent markets and familiarity with relevant communities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS systems and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of hiring workflows, technical role structures, and talent market trends
  • Nice to have: Experience in sourcing early-career talent and supporting internship or bootcamp programs
