The Financial Manager will oversee all financial operations of Vista Service, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee tax filing, compliance, and liaise with tax authorities.
- Ensure proper accounting practices and internal controls are followed.
- Handle contract management and financial agreements.
- Respond to auditors and other regulatory bodies as needed.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in Telecom companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage audits, tax authorities, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage a finance team
