Financial Manager

The Financial Manager will oversee all financial operations of Vista Service, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee tax filing, compliance, and liaise with tax authorities.
• Ensure proper accounting practices and internal controls are followed.
• Handle contract management and financial agreements.
• Respond to auditors and other regulatory bodies as needed.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in Telecom companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage audits, tax authorities, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage a finance team
