We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our deployment, operations, and automation practices. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to mentor engineers, collaborate with development teams, and proactively optimize systems as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team, setting best practices and ensuring operational excellence.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable releases.
• Develop infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code principles .
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and monitoring.
• Manage cloud and hybrid environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Implement and enforce security controls, secrets management, and compliance policies.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Optimize cost, resource usage, network architecture, and operational processes.
• Standardize documentation for operational procedures and system architecture.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving cross-department initiatives.
• Expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Proficiency with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
• Strong background in database operations (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and DevSecOps practices.
