Process Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
•    Provide day-to-day support to teams by identifying and resolving process-related challenges.
•    Support issues happened on Jira & follow up until they are resolved.
•    Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and challenges.
•    Effectively communicate process changes and improvements to stakeholders.
•    Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
•    Maintain a structured approach to problem-solving while managing multiple tasks.
•    Training other stakeholders on implemented processes and apply related troubleshooting accordingly

Requirements:
•    At least Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer, Information Technology/ System or other related disciplines\
•    Familiarity with business processes, operations, models and structure
•    Enough working English knowledge for understand English sources
•    Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc.)
•    The ability to understand BPMN modeling
•    Familiar with basic knowledge of programming (specially Java/Groovy  programming)
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
•    Ability to work in a team and have an attitude to help other team members
•    Being open to changes and welcome to new processes and business models
•    Excellent patience, empathy, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•    Having experience of work with Jira is an advantage.
•    Experience in process analysis and support is an advantage.
