QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios based on software requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for QA processes, test plans, and test results.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA workflows, identifying gaps and proposing optimized solutions.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and adjust test procedures as necessary to ensure product reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Familiarity with WordPress and its plugin ecosystem.
• Proficiency with web service testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Postman Test Runner.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
